Following comprehensive evaluation at our out-patient clinic—including laboratory testing, radiological studies, and audiological assessments—a diagnosis is established, and treatment is initiated for all patients who require it. The examination rooms of the Otolaryngology Clinic are outfitted with endovision systems, facilitating endoscopic examinations alongside traditional examination tools and devices.
Our operation theatres are equipped with advanced surgical instruments that enhance patient comfort and contribute to successful surgical outcomes. These instruments are particularly integral in procedures such as endoscopic sinus surgery, middle ear surgery, and mastoid surgery. Our operating theaters also boast a complete suite of medical devices, a skilled team of physicians, and intensive care services to support major surgeries, particularly for cancers affecting the head and neck regions.

1. Otology and Neuro-otology (Joint Ear and Brain Diseases):
   • Diseases of the external acoustic canal and ear tumors.
   • Middle ear diseases, including acute and chronic inflammations, cholesteatoma surgery, fluid accumulation, and osteosclerosis.
   • Inner ear and adjacent structure disorders, such as inflammatory disorders like labyrinthitis and vestibular neuritis, and conditions primarily presenting with dizziness, including Meniere's disease and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
2. Rhinology and Allergy (Nasal Diseases):
   • Conditions such as a deviated nasal septum, hypertrophic nasal turbinate, nasal polyps, and intranasal cancers.
   • Treatments for acute and chronic sinusitis.
   • Management of seasonal and chronic allergic rhinitis.
3. Stomatology and Oropharyngeal Diseases:
   • Inflammatory, cystic, and tumoral diseases of the oral cavity.
   • Inflammation and enlargement of tonsils and adenoid tissue.
   • Etiology and management of snoring.
4. Laryngology:
   • Inflammatory diseases of the vocal cords and adjacent structures (Laryngitis), vocal cord nodules, and laryngeal cancer.
   • Treatment of speech disorders.
5. Head and Neck Surgery:
   • Inflammatory and tumoral conditions of the salivary glands (sublingual, submandibular, parotid), thyroid gland surgery; diagnostic exploration and surgical intervention of neck lumps, and treatment of thyroglossal cysts and sinuses.
   • Comprehensive treatment of cancers of the head and neck, oropharynx, tongue, and jaw.
6. Maxillofacial and Facial Plastic Surgery:
   • Procedures such as rhinoplasty and cosmetic surgeries for prominent ears.
   • Surgical management of mandibular and maxillary fractures, and diseases affecting the jaw and facial bones.
